I have truly been blessed to find an profession so inspiring! I continue to feel passionate about working with others and enjoy watching people change and transform their lives.  My goal is to continue to encourage empowerment and transformation, using the skills and modalities I have learned throughout my years as a therapist.  

 

Tina has experience working in a mental health facility and in 1986 began her private practice.   She continues working in private practice, working with a variety of issues listed below and, in addition to her private practice, she founded Busey Counseling Services Domestic Abuse Program for Women.  


Her years of experience enable her to utilize many modalities and she currently uses a multi-modal approach to healing, using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Bilateral Stimulation, Tapping and a variety of energy healing and alternative healing methods.  She also practices cognitive restructuring and cognitive/behavioral therapy. 


She is Licensed as a Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado (LPC # 8), Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, in Addictions (CAC III) and in Life Between Lives Spiritual Regression.  She works with a variety of disorders, utilizing EMDR and Bilateral Stimulation.  Additionally, at the clients’ request, she will utilize a clients’ religious and spiritual beliefs and alternative healing methods to enhance the sessions.
